COACHING
For the third year Jason Brescacin will be coaching our long bike (Sat), Track Workout (Wed) and brick* (Mon) workouts. Jason has developed a 2-stream approach created to accommodate new and experienced athletes. With Sprint/Olympic (shorter distances) and half ironman distances (longer) in mind, we will build a base together during the winter months, with option of choosing shorter or longer distance workouts. As warmer weather comes, we will start our workouts together, but will continue with this two-streamed approach. Whether brand new to the sport of triathlon or a seasoned veteran, Jason finds ways to accommodate and challenge everyone.Jason is a registered nurse who specializes in Neonatal Intensive Care. He also works with private clients as part of TRIathaLIFE Triathlon Coaching Concepts. This is his 11th year of Triathlon competition, 4th year of coaching, and now a 12-time Ironman finisher. Jason was honoured in 2009 with the Triathlon Manitoba "Triathlon Coach of the Year" award.
Jason's cardinal rule: "No one ever gets left behind!"
